Maj Gen (Dr) Ashok Kumar, VSM (R) was commissioned in June 1984 in the Army Air Defence, Indian Army. The officer has excelled on the prestigious courses that he has attended. He has served in a variety of challenging Regimental, Staff and Instructional assignments in his 37 years of service. He has a Doctorate in Defence and Strategic Studies. An Author of two books and a prolific writer who has 300 published articles. He is a recipient of the prestigious Vishisht Seva Medal. Presently he is Director General of Centre For Joint Warfare Studies (CENJOWS) with effect from Feb 2024.

Dr. Chalee Vorakulpipat currently holds the position of Principal Researcher and Head of the Information Security Research Team at the National Electronics and Computer Technology Center (NECTEC) in Thailand. Additionally, he serves as an Advisor to the Secretary-General of the National Cyber Security Agency (NCSA). Previously, he served as the Director of the Center for Research and Development at the Office of the Personal Data Protection Committee (PDPC). He earned his B.Eng. in Electronics Engineering from King Mongkut's Institute of Technology Ladkrabang, his M.S. in Information Technology from Kasetsart University, and his Ph.D. in Information Systems from the University of Salford. Dr. Vorakulpipat also holds professional certifications including CISSP, CISA, PMP, and IRCA (ISMS Lead Auditor).
